Marcus Rashford has given a brief insight into how much commitment it takes to keep sharp in body and mind during the off-season in a training video which is knackering just to watch.

The Manchester United striker, who will be eyeing up a starting berth at Old Trafford in 2017-18, has spent the past week in the United States as he conditions himself ahead of his return to his club.

Under the supervision of performance coach Jamie Reynolds, Rashford was put through seven days of intense training to enhance his speed, strength and stamina.

At the end of it all, Reynolds created a highlights film of the teenager in action and a handful of seconds is enough to leave viewers exhausted.

The clips were shot at the Nike World Campus in Portland, Oregon, and depict a laser-focused Rashford ahead of the new campaign.

The forward’s attitude to the week-long boot camp was appreciated by Reynolds.
